Lemon Dill Yogurt Sauce

This Lemon Dill sauce is perfect to pair with salmon or fish or even on a burger or salad. It is very versatile. It combines tangy greek yogurt with fresh lemon, dill, salt, and garlic. It's very simple to mix up and brightens any dish.
I used the DiOro Zester to grate in the garlic and I used the Dioro Seamless Long Spatula to mix of the sauce.
1 cup greek yogurt
1 tbs lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tbs fresh dill
1.Place greek yogurt in a mixing bowl.
2. Add lemon juice and salt.
3.Use a zester to grate the garlic into the sauce.
4.Finely chop the fresh dill to mix in and to garnish.
5.Use a spatula to gently combine the ingredients.
Enjoy on baked salmon, burger, salads, and to dip veggies in.
