Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be delighted with your purchase and stand behind the products we provide. Our merchandise can be returned to us by mail within 30 days from the original purchase date for a full refund.
Mailing Your Return
To start your return, please fill out the contact form.
Once the form has been submitted, you will receive an email with a return shipping label and further instructions on how to package and mail your return. Items returned without our a return authorization will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and labels, and in its original packaging.
Important
- Please fill out the form completely. Any omitted information may delay your return.
- Please read and follow the instructions contained in the Return Shipping Label email received. Any deviations may delay your return.
- Keep the original receipt and include it with your returned merchandise.
- Returns must be in sellable condition and have original boxes/packaging/labels/tags.
- Returns will be processed within 4-5 business days of the return arriving at our processing center.
Refunds
As soon as we receive, inspect, and accept your returned item, DI ORO will refund your original payment method. Please note it may take 4-5 business days for the package to arrive back to us, plus up to another 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please follow the return policy above and then place a new order.
Defective Merchandise
Please complete the contact form to contact customer care for replacement of merchandise that is defective or the wrong item sent. We may send you a shipping label to use to send back the original item. We will then send you a replacement item at no expense to you.
