Where do you ship & deliver?
We ship within the United States, including Alaska & Hawaii. Additionally, we do ship to P.O. boxes.
Do you ship Internationally?
No, we do not ship internationally. However, you may purchase DI ORO products from Amazon in Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and Europe.
Do all items qualify for free shipping?
Yes! All DI ORO items qualify for free shipping if your shopping cart subtotal meets the free shipping amount requirement.
What is your warranty policy?

Do you use any filler or additives in your silicone?
We use no fillers or additives in our silicone. The silicone in our DI ORO products is BPA Free, FDA Approved, and LFGB Certified.
Product Care & Maintenance
Why do you recommend your products be washed in the top rack of the dishwasher?
Since many dishwashers have different heat/sanitizing cycles, we recommend top rack only to protect your DI ORO products from damage.
